How Depositing Into Winbox Works
Winbox's top-up tools follow the same shape regardless of method: pick one from the Top Up screen, enter an amount, confirm on a payment page, then approve from a banking or wallet app. This page walks through that shape and what to check along the way.
This site doesn't have deposit-flow access on its own account. The structure below is drawn from a previously documented Winbox top-up session — useful for orientation, but not a guarantee your own screen matches exactly.
Deposit flow at a glance
Before you start
- You're logged in to your Winbox account — top-up tools sit inside it, not on the public site.
- You know which payment method you'll use, and have that app or online banking ready.
- You're depositing an amount you've budgeted for, not deciding as you go.
Where deposit starts
Inside the account area, a Top Up tool (sometimes paired with Withdraw) opens a screen listing the available methods, above a wallet summary showing your current cash and chip balances.
The general payment flow
Scan-to-pay (TNG/DuitNow style)
A payment page generates a QR code. You save or scan it from a banking or e-wallet app, then approve the payment there.
Instant e-wallet top-up
You pick an e-wallet on the payment page, sign in to it, and approve the payment from inside the wallet app.
Online banking transfer
You choose your bank from a list, sign in to online banking on the payment page, and approve the transfer from your banking app.
Whichever method you use, the sequence is: select it, enter an amount (shortcut buttons for common amounts are typical), then confirm. A recorded session showed a minimum and a maximum figure on the amount screen for each method — those numbers belong to that account and session, so read the ones your own screen shows rather than assuming a fixed limit.
Confirming the payment
The payment page that follows typically shows an order number, the amount, and (for a bank or wallet method) the account or wallet you selected. Check that the amount and destination match what you intended before signing in to your bank or wallet app to approve it — that approval step is what actually moves the funds, not the Winbox screen itself.
If your balance doesn't update
Check the bank/wallet side first
Confirm your bank or wallet app itself shows the payment as completed before assuming Winbox is at fault.
Give it a short wait
This site can't confirm how long a top-up normally takes to reflect — a brief wait is worth trying before assuming something's wrong.
If a completed payment still doesn't reflect after that, contact support with your order/payment reference rather than repeating the deposit.

Common questions
Which deposit method should I use?
This page can't recommend one — availability and any promotions tied to a method are shown on the Top Up screen itself, not here.
Why is a deposit method greyed out?
A recorded top-up flow showed some methods marked for maintenance from time to time. This site doesn't publish maintenance schedules — try another listed method or check back later.
